Working with healthcare brands is always meaningful—and helping amplify the mission of Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals was no exception. For this regional campaign, I helped craft a multi-touch strategy encouraging community members to vote in the U.S. News & World Report survey while supporting Madonna’s reputation as a place where families find real hope.

We combined geotargeted email outreach, direct mail, and patient testimonial-driven storytelling to drive action. Visually, the campaign introduced a fresher take on the brand’s usual more bright white approach by using the deep purple brand color as well as using tonal shifts and bold typography to create a confident, accessible look. In the final stretch of the campaign, we sent an additional direct mail piece—strategically timed to nudge last-minute voters into action.
